Questions

The short version.

How is HeatCheck priced?

A flat monthly platform fee for the always-on core, plus metered Waldo credits for the value operations. Starter is $500 a month and Growth is $1,500 a month, shown monthly and billed annually, each with an included monthly credit pack. Not per seat.

What actually consumes credits?

The valuable operations: resolving a LinkedIn engager to a contact, enrichment, and writing scores and tasks to HubSpot. Re-scoring your existing contacts every day is nearly free.

Will I get a surprise bill?

No. The platform fee is a fixed floor, your plan includes a monthly credit pack, and a hard spend cap is on by default. Overage is opt-in, unused credits roll over a month, and you get alerts as you approach the cap.

Why credits instead of seats?

So cost tracks value found, not rows touched. Your bill scales with the hot leads surfaced and tasks created, which is the number you want going up.

What does “powered by Waldo credits” mean?

HeatCheck runs on the Waldo API. It reaches Waldo only over the API, which keeps it cleanly isolated and secure, and your usage is metered in Waldo credits.

How does this compare to buying a stack?

The tools teams stitch together to approximate part of this run about thirteen thousand dollars a year before the glue code, and that is only the rule-based version. HeatCheck is one product on your existing CRM, and Growth lands at roughly half the price of the integrated platforms.
